Welcome to Bytesync Technologies and Communications. By accessing or using our website bytesync.in and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Bytesync Technologies and Communications provides IT services including but not limited to:

• Web Development and Design
• Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android)
• Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing)
• Cisco Network Solutions
• Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• UI/UX Design
• Software Products (Ledgr, DynoPOS, ContaBuild, Walleto)

2. Engagement & Proposals

• All project engagements begin with a formal proposal or quotation
• Services commence upon written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of any advance payment
• Scope changes must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing and timeline

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• An advance payment (typically 40-50%) is required before project commencement
• Remaining payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash

4. Intellectual Property

• Custom work product (code, designs, content) created for the client transfers to the client upon full payment
• Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools remain under their respective licenses
• Bytesync retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Pre-existing IP, templates, and tools developed by Bytesync remain our property

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, content, and assets required for the project
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Designate a single point of contact for project communication
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframes

6. Project Timeline

We commit to realistic timelines and will communicate any changes promptly. However, timelines may be affected by:

• Delays in receiving client content or feedback
• Scope changes requested by the client
• Third-party service outages or delays
• Force majeure events

7. Revisions & Changes

• Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate
• Major scope changes require a new proposal or change order

8. Warranty & Support

• We provide a 30-day warranty period after delivery for bug fixes at no additional cost
• The warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party changes, client modifications, or hosting issues
• Ongoing maintenance and support are available as separate service agreements

9. Limitation of Liability

Bytesync Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project or service agreement.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with 15 days written notice
• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• Bytesync will deliver all completed work upon full payment

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Palakkad, Kerala, India.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
